The controller of your personal data is Paros ("we"), with an address in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. This policy complies with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

- Account data: name, email address, phone number, profile photo.
- Location data: approximate location to show you nearby communities and paros (with your permission).
- Usage data: how you interact with the app, which paros you view, your searches.
- Communications: the messages you send to other users inside the platform.
- Technical data: device type, operating system, install identifiers.
3. How we use it
- To operate the platform and connect you with other people in your communities.
- To notify you about replies, acceptances and paros that may interest you.
- To prevent fraud, abuse and conduct contrary to the terms.
- To improve the product experience through aggregated analytics.
4. Third parties
We share data with service providers such as cloud infrastructure, analytics and push notification services. All providers are contractually obliged to protect your data.
5. Your ARCO rights

6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we work to minimize the risk.
7. Minors
Paros is not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
